Rescuing fitness seekers from waning enthusiasm and humdrum workouts, the qualified instructors at SOS Personal Training employ a no-nonsense approach to getting in shape. Alongside their intense workout sessions they also offer functional therapy, which is designed to boost recovery time for certain injuries through exercises that engage muscles over multiple planes. The experienced team also utilises nutritionists and chiropractors to deliver holistic results.

Each of the one hour group sessions will have a specific goal and special exercises for clients to build into a routine. Starting with a warm up and static stretching, the sessions cover functional movements and routines such as the overhead squat and the side lunge. Other session topics include nutrition, core strength and rotational mobility. Each client will also get a 45 minute one-to-one functional therapy session as well as a private chiropractor consultation with analysis.
