About Tattooing
Tattooing is a form of art and permanent way to adorn skin with designs that last a lifetime. A tattoo artist will creatively transfer the chosen design onto the skin before tracing over it with indelible ink and a specialised gun.
The Merchant
Decorating façades with permanent designs, Tiger Style Tattoo offers a range of body-boosting tattoo and piercing services from their Waun-Gron Park salon. The brand new parlour keeps in stylish step with two in-house artists, focusing on custom tattoos and piercings with consultation and bespoke design processes. With additional microdermal and surface bar services, the salon aims to keep individual style in mind.
The Session
Flipping through page after page of intricate flowers and tailored portraits, customers can browse ready-made designs or discuss their own creations with a tattoo artist during their consultation. Patrons will then be lead to a cheery inking station where the artist will complete 60 minutes of epidermis doodling in a rainbow of colours. Clients looking to complete a larger masterpiece can be covered with an additional £60 supplement per hour.
Unsuitable for people with following conditions:
• Open sores or lesions
• Taking blood thinning medication
• Under the influence of alcohol
• Dermatitis or infection in area to be treated
• Or for pregnant women
Aftercare
Tattoos should remain covered for a minimum of two hours. When the bandage is removed, the tattoo can be washed with lukewarm water and mild, antibacterial or antimicrobial soap, using hands rather than a cloth. If the tattoo feels slimy or slippery, it may be producing plasma, which should be gently removed. The area may be dried by gentle patting with a clean towel, or paper towel. Finally, an A&D vitamin-enriched or antibacterial ointment should be lightly applied. Do not use Neosporin.
