Featuring dishes from all over Africa, each week the Head Chef at Tribe Tribe introduces customers to a new cuisine from a different part of the continent. The menu is bursting with traditional stews, meat platters, and sumptuous soups as well as classic African beers and wines. Inside the restaurant, orangey sunset paint decks the walls giving it an authentic African feel while pine wooden tables and rustic brown sofas pepper the floor heightening their laid back ambience.
Straight from the grill, couples and double daters can enjoy authentic African cuisine in the form of shola fish which is served with ikeja sauce, plantain and salad (£12.95). Those wanting to sample a variety of meats may want to tuck into a platter of grilled beef, goat, and chicken sprinkled with Cayenne pepper and with accompaniments of salad and plantain (£12.99). All dishes come with a side such as Lagos chips (£1.45), pounded yam (£2.99), or Moi Moi (£2.45).
