Following this, a sound therapy relaxation session awaits to tackle weary muscles (£25) before patrons take to the shiatsu massage chair for another relaxing procedure (£15). Frames needing a bodily clean up can chill out in the sauna (£15) for up to 30 minutes before submerging tootsies into a fresh foot spa (£25), leaving toes, heels and soles feeling fancy. After enduring such a hard day of pampering, guests can sip away on a glass of Bucks Fizz and nibble at some strawberries to boot (£7.50).

Out treatments were carried out by two friendly, personable girls who had got just the right balance - a bit of chat but a lot of quiet leaving time to relax. I had a luxury pedicure followed by a one hour Thai body massage. All performed to a high professional standard meaning I left the spa feeling calm and serene.
