Groupon Asks

Groupon checks out the Americana offerings at Central Perk, Chester.

What's Central Perk like?
The cafe is modelled on the famous hang-out featured in the infamous sitcom about a group of New York friends, and even boasts a replica sofa setting and the signs in the window.

Is the menu American then?
It certainly is. Customers can feast on cinnamon bagels, American waffles and fancy Yank coffees like the Central Jolt. This high-powered cup of Joe takes in no less than three shots of espresso, with a little water to take the edge off.

Does Central Perk host any events?
Every Friday is movie night, Saturdays are open mic evenings and once a month is book club. There are also intermittent celebrations for events like Independence Day, of course.

Is alcohol served there?
Staying true to form, the cafe serves beers and ales from its native Brooklyn Brewery.
