Clients must hold an Environment Agency Rod licence; licences can be purchased for £3.75 on the day. £4 surcharge for tackle hire. *Passes may be used twice by one client or once by two individuals. Located in a wild corner of picturesque Cheshire, the reel dealers at Cheshire Fishing share the joys of coarse and fly fishing with anglers of all abilities. The site offers access to five landscaped, spring-fed pools nestled under the strong arms of the Peckforton Hills, with the coarse-fishing ponds home to a bountiful supply of fish including rainbox trout, ghost carp, roach, bream, golden tench, and perch.
Two dusk-till-dawn passes are available, giving two anglers a pass each, or one angler two passes, to all of the five coarse-fishing ponds. Tackle can also be hired for a surcharge, or bought at the onsite shop. Additionally, snacks can be picked up on weekends from the mobile snack van.
