Leading an explosion of energy and military-based exercise routines, the trainers at Nueru offer a class open to all levels, switching up from short bursts of cardio to intense rounds of resistance training. Campers can attend up to four classes a week for eight weeks, channelling their personal motivations to ramp up the adrenalin and take each new task in their stride. Classes take place at two different parks from 6pm until 7pm on certain evenings.
