Although everyone complains about bad weather, it's vital for crops, dry rivers and having something to talk about in the lift. Make use of the reins with today's Groupon: £19 for two private or group horse riding lessons at Equine Learning.
Proudly registered as a Community Interest Company, these gurus of the gallop work with the The Centaurus Trust charity to help the disabled and disadvantaged share their equestrian passion. They cater for riders of all abilities and boast the full nine yards of facilities and services to aid in the effort, including a variety of courses in natural horsemanship and stable management.
Anyone aged five or older is invited to climb up on the saddle for their choice of two 45-minute private riding lessons (£35), or, alternatively, two 60-minute group lessons (£25). The group sessions are small and intimate, as gaggles of up to four likeminded enthusiasts enjoy both a healthy dollop of attention and each other’s company. To top it off, a £10 discount may also be brandished for redemption against a Pony Day.
