Residing within Birmingham’s Hilton Metropole Hotel, The Ocean Rooms Spa blends seamlessly into its four star environment, delivering a pampering paradise with relaxation-inducing facilities. An indoor swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, and cosy steam chamber supply an abundance of tranquil opportunities, while an encompassing array of treatments are bolstered by Elemis and Aveda products. Six different types of massages sit alongside a variety of facials to ensure heads and toes can see eye to eye in corporeal satisfaction.
Slipping into their robes and slippers, or renting a fluffy Hilton set, guests can begin their relaxation with a hot stone massage (£40). The therapist will slide the warmed stones across the back, neck, and shoulders in a series of strokes in the 30 minutes of pampering.
