A fully qualified member of The Royal Photographic Society with over 200 exhibitions under his lens, Arts Trail’s savvy snapper Alan Ranger runs a range of photography courses for aspiring shutterbugs. As well as delivering photographic know-how with hands-on workshops and expert advice, the establishment also pays homage to the masterpieces of local artists by exhibiting them at Leamington’s Contemporary Arts Fair.
Under the watchful eye of Alan Ranger, budding snap-artists will be taught the requisite techniques for flicking the switch from automatic to manual camera modes. Emphasis will also be placed on the more creative and abstract elements of quality photography, with advice on how to inject some individuality into those artful shots. After this initial exposure to professional tuition, newly-confident film buffs will receive a certificate to mark their digital graduation, and are free to practise their newfound skills on the local Leamington Arts Trail.
