Food fiestas are not to be confused with food siestas, which can see sleepy dishes getting in a muddle. Wake up your senses with today's Groupon from Chico’s. Choose from the following options:
• £21 for a two course meal with shot of tequila for two (Up to 51% off)• £39 for a two course meal with shot of tequila for four (Up to 55% off)

Under new management and furnishing the full Mexican flavour with authentic sights and sounds, Chico’s celebrates all things flavoursome and fun by handing out the sombreros and padding it’s decor with ponchos and guitars. Complete with brightly coloured artwork in every corner, this red brick restaurant serves up a multi-coloured spread of Mediterranean and Mexican dishes to match. The head chef has 15 years’ experience in the specific gastronomy genre, and doubles up as the floor manager to make sure every foodie-fiesta is buzzing with energy.
Guests may wish to get things off to a fiery start with tiger prawns coated in Cajun spices (£5.75), or fresh jalapenos stuffed with soft cheese filling (£5.25), while milder munchings can come in the form of a chicken a mushroom risotto (£4.95). Main courses see lamb, potatoes, onions, and peppers seasoned with oregano, marinated and chargrilled leg of lamb, and classic chicken fajitas (all £12.95). All choices come with a shot of tequila (£2.90), each to wash things down.

Reviews
Chico’s earned a spicy 4/5 from Qype users, while TripAdvisors rated the restaurant 3/5. Though the Mediterranean and Mexican mix on the menu split a few opinions, many diners enjoyed the choice and complimented the attentive service.
It was a quiet Thursday night, the staff were attentive and friendly, the atmosphere was pleasantly kitch [sic] and the food was great. I'd recommend the nachos with cheese and shredded beef for starter - but you might not get through it all to leave room for your main. The mix of mederterranian [sic] and Mexican menu strangely works for me. It's a bit quirky, but that is all part of the charm of this place.

It is a really extensive menu so it took us a while to choose and the Manager asked us if we needed any explanation of the dishes which was a nice touch.
