With over 15 years’ experience as a behavioural change management and leadership consultant, this member of the Professional Hypnotherapy Practitioner Association has a vast portfolio of clients from international companies to sports professionals.
Bodies will lie back and be verbally guided by Mark in three sessions lasting between 45 and 60 minutes. The first two sessions will be taken together, with the third follow-up two to three weeks later. The hypnotherapy aims to aid weight management, change individuals long term attitude to food, and reduce hunger cravings.
