Must bring plenty of drinking water, complete change of clothes including footwear and towel. In hot weather, should wear/bring: sunhat, suncream, shorts, t-shirt and thin fleece. Activities range from abseiling, mountain biking and surfing to the more distinctive water zorbing and trebuchet-making, encouraging individuals, schools, and teams looking to bond to sign up for one-off and multi-day experiences.
Customers over the age of eight looking to make a splash will be treated to a canoeing experience lasting up to three hours. The session will be led by an instructor who’ll teach learners how to navigate down the River Chelmer in Essex or the River Medway in Kent, and how to spend less time in the water and more in the actual boat.
