The chef leads pinny-wearing pupils in a two hour cupcake decorating workshop, making freshly-baked vanilla cupcakes a feast for the eyes. Spoonfuls of glitter and sprinkles will be applied to piped icing and students will cut decorative flowers out of sugar paste. Classes will include a pit-stop for refreshments and students can take home six highly-piled cupcakes, as well as some tips for the next batch.
