As the name suggests, Mamas Masala Kitchen is not merely a curry house, but a passionate family-run fine dining experience, based around friendly feasting and traditional Indian recipes. Fresh faced and full of energy, in its short life Mamas has garnered a glowing reputation for its eat in, take away, and catering services. Indulgent on the eyes as well as the taste buds, the restaurant is a visual feast, resplendent in swathes of dark leather and hints of cocoa, suitably fitting to invoke a sense of calm to any restless Rogan Josh. 
Pairs or ravenous quartets can spring for either a two-course Indian meal with poppadoms, or an unlimited Indian banquet of dishes from the à la carte menu. Those opting for a two course option will see meals begin with cracking mixture of poppadoms and chutneys each (£1.95), and a special masala mixed veg or mixed grill platter each (£9.95). Main course options will come accompanied by plain rice (£2.50), and naan each (£2.50), and diners can pick dishes from the wide menu such as karahi gohst, boneless lamb slow cooked with peppers, onions, and tomato (£8.95); or mamas mixed grill masala (£12.95). The unlimited banquet option invites diners to choose from an array of starters, sides, and mains from the à la carte menu, made freshly to order and served to tables. Stomachs can relax in the knowledge that reorders are welcomed.
