Reviews
Ramada Encore Birmingham City Centre has won much acclaim from satisfied visitors, and Bookers rate their stay a considerable 7.9/10. While some visitors would have preferred more comfortable beds, write-ups on the whole are positive, making special mention of the accommodating service and proximity to the centre of Birmingham.
Stayed one night for murder mystery, warm welcome at reception, very clean room, loved the shower. At dinner the potatoes weren't cooked properly so the table complained and were treated extremely well and listened too, [sic] we were given food off menu and drinks to make up for the potatoes and couldn't have asked to be dealt with any better so top marks for customer service well done! Would happily have spent a second night here.

Stayed here for one night, only a short distance from the railway station and City Centre so easily accessible and handy. Reception staff polite, friendly and helpful. Room very clean, modern and tidy, a packet of biscuits would be nice with the tea and coffee but you can't have everything can you! Breakfast was plentiful all self-service which suits me fine. All in all impressed and would definitely stay here again.
