Very friendly staff and a warm welcome on reception, our room was a lovely surprise having had a recent refurbishment. It was a pleasure to be greeted and served by such polite staff. The location was very good for visiting Lincolnshire and the coastal towns. We ate in the hotel restaurant on both evenings and the food was very good,in both taste and presentation.
