Transforming arm flailing and limp sashaying into explosive jab punches, uppercuts, and front kicks, the instructors at JJBBA Martial Arts get Derby fighting fit across a grand total of six locations. Attracting men and women of all ages to an array of fitness, kickboxing, and mixed martial arts classes, the academy helps people get in shape, learn new skills, and have a bit of fist-pumping fun during a full body workout.
During the private lesson an instructor will spend time giving one-on-one feedback to help students roll with the punches. Having strapped on gloves and boxed their way through the following eight group lessons, fitness enthusiasts will be assessed for entitlement to their first belt grading and certificate, which they can then judo-chop in half should they win. Women-only classes are available, and customers can choose from any of the six JJBBA Martial Arts venues in Derby listed below:
