Good Health and Fitness offers urban training sessions that traverse the parks, beaches and quays of the City of Discovery, unearthing al fresco fitness routines for beginners, intermediates and advanced participants.

Participants can then dig their heels into the great outdoors with 45-60 minute sessions of open-air circuit training, plyometrics, powerbag workouts and more. Classes are categorised into beginners or intermediates/advanced, and are led by experienced personal trainer and challenge-setter, Louise Johnstone.
