Nestled peacefully in Perthshire's countryside, this fine dining restaurant has been awarded a delicious recommendation from the Michelin Guide for its eclectic mix of dishes. Seating only 55 people, the intimate setting holds lunch, high tea and a five course à la carte dinner menu prepared with locally sourced produce. Head Chef Jonathan Greer utilises experience in top London restaurants to provide innovative and carefully crafted dishes. The establishment accommodates for fans from further afield with six en suite bedrooms on-site.
After a touring the local village, hungry humanoids are seated in preparation for a five course feast. Appetites will be teased with an amuse-bouche (£1.75) before being tempted by a starter such as risotto with crab, sweetcorn and aged parmesan (£6.25). Palettes will then be pleasantly refreshed with a scoop of sorbet (£1.50) before moving onto the main course with options inculuding rib-eye steak made with scotch beef (£18.95). Reaching the fifth and final course, guests can nibble on a selection of desserts or Scottish cheese and biscuits (£6.95) with grapes and chutney. A glass on wine (£3.50) accompanies the meal.
