Italy's gastronomic heritage is triumphantly saluted at Rucola Italian Restaurant, where authentic fare and contemporary dishes are vibrantly showcased under a glass-domed sky terrace. This family-run eatery is the result of over 30 years of restaurant experience, and combines fine dining flair with an elegant layout of soft lighting and linen table cloths. 
An indulgent experience can get off to a flying start with Buffalo mozzarella, Parma ham, and artichokes (£7.65), or maybe tuna tartare with avocado, gherkins, onions, olive oil and lemon (£6.95). With appetites awakened, perhaps seal the deal with linguine, sautéed clams, and courgettes, tossed in garlic, olive oil, and ricotta (£10.45), or Lamb cutlets with white wine and rosemary sauce, served with vegetables ratatouille (£14.95). Whatever the choice, all meals will be accompanied by a sparkling glass of Prosecco each (£5.50 per glass).
