12 boot camp classes can get the medicine balls rolling, with 60 minute sessions available, morning and evening, from Monday to Saturday at various locations. Sprints, press ups, crunches, and squirrel chasing are just some of the metabolism boosting exercises on hand at these outdoor sessions. Various core and compound exercises are used to keep heart rates and motivation high as clients are led toward their fitness goals.
