Aspiring athletes can pick and mix six classes lasting 45 or 60 minute to get hearts pumping and muscles flexing with London Fields Fitness. The exercise pool includes classes for self defence and sessions targetting abs, bums and legs. Bothersome body parts can be targeted with the likes of booty camp and circuit training, while a one-hour personal training session is thrown in with the aim of helping students get in tiptop shape.
