What is KB's approach to kickboxing?
Kelly Bunyan's style of kickboxing takes in parts of Kung Fu, boxing and kickboxing. Lessons are led by martial arts technique, as opposed to aerobic benefits.
What happens in a typical kickboxing class?
The group lessons kick off with a warm-up incorporating punches, stretches and blocks. After that, the rest of the hour-long class continues with lots of kicking and punching.
G: Who are the instructors?
Led by chief instructor, Kelly Bunyan, the all-female team of instructors is comprised of black belt teachers who are qualified in first aid.
