About The Event
With over 400 local and national exhibitors, the Ideal Home Show Scotland 2012 will turn the SECC into an emporium of show-homes, celebs, and interior gizmos. The show strives to exhibit everything for a happy house, with structural bits and bobs alongside furnishings for living rooms, rock gardens, and kitchen cupboards alike. While celebrities like Lawrence Llewelen-Bowen jazz up interior design and garderner Diarmuid Gavin gives green-fingered tips, a troupe of celebrity chefs will be cooking up a storm and wafting edible incense throughout the shopping, browsing, and pampering stands.

Other attractions
Tired visitors can rest their legs in the Gregg Wallace Cafe, where the eponymous chef and food ambassador will be rustling up all manner of goodies. The Catwalk will provide a thoroughfare of fashion and styling tips, while sprawling Show Gardens explore landcraft techniques in an urban setting, and appropriate dwellings for gnomes. Visitors can consult their Show Guide to make sure they don't miss a thing, and take to the How To theatre to fill in their blanks with intellectual putty.
