A master in the art of sugar craft and baking, Jo Jo imbues Danish-inspired wisdom to other sweet toothed humans through a range of baking classes. Her skills are put on display in the accompanying bakery which serves up hand-concocted Danish and European sweet treats, including jam-filled sponge cakes, gingerbread, and spiralling cinnamon swirls. Located on St. Mary's Street, Jo Jo's Danish Bakery can be easily found with a simple crumb trail sprinkled from the Royal Mile. 
Jo Jo's two and a half hour classes will cover the creation of macarons from mixing bowl to mouth. The hands-on lesson sees budding pastry chefs baking, decorating and arranging macarons and receiving a fresh ribbon-tied packet to take home. While tea and coffee will be provided, those after an extra special lesson can go private by booking for twelve, and are welcome to bring along their own bottle to fizz things up.
