Cuddled up against the capital city, only a mile and a half from its centre, Prestonfield Golf Course is a history site for golfing enthusiasts. Having been designed by legendary golfer James Braid, who has won more major championships than any other Scotsman, the 18 hole par 70 course has seven dogs legs; a layout many believe Braid to have invented.
Groupon holders receive a video analysis in their first session to pinpoint the strengths and weaknesses in their swing before having two further lessons coached by a PGA professional that aims to concentrate on the specific areas of play that they’re struggling with. Because of the high level of personalisation these lessons are suitable for golfers of all abilities, and beginners will be shown personalised practise routines that will allow them to improve even after the deal is over.
