Scotland is famed for its golf, lush greens, beautiful fairways...only last week Louis Oosthuizen became The Open champion for 2010. It's a pity the cameras, players, celebrities, caddies and thousands of adoring fans were over there because they missed an absolute CRACKER at Adventure Golf Island, the lesser known Molin Contgomerie and Wiger Toods were level with one hole to play, Molin hit a beautiful shot, circumnavigating three treasure chests, looping over the pirate ship and dodging One Eyed Willie's cutlass to leave an easy putt for a birdie 2. Up stepped Wiger, he opts for an unconventional P-wedge: the ball goes over the treasure chests, bounces off the pirate ship mast, uses Willies good eye to ricochet at such an angle that it trickles straight in to the hole, THE CROWD WENT MENTAL. We dropped our slushies in the excitement.
We loved it so much that we thought you lot would love it too, and that's why we've secured a great deal whereby you get a round of mini-golf for 2 adults AND a slushie each (don't drop yours) for only £6 instead of £15 at Scotland's first 'Florida style' 36 hole outdoor Adventure Golf at Fife Leisure Park.
