About The Event
With shoulder pads and brighter eye shadow than the whole of Culture Club combined, this 80s extravaganza features the return of some of the biggest pop stars of the time. Taking to the stage will be Never Gonna Give You Up crooner Rick Astley, R'n'B supremoes The Real Thing, and Paul Young showing everyone where he will lay his hat. Other 80s icons include Belinda Carlisle, Curiosity Killed the Cat, T’Pau and Toyah who will be belting out some of their biggest smash hits and have everyone in the seats shuffling. The Venue
Taking place in Glasgow Green in the south of the city, this outdoor event will open its gates at 6.30pm for revellers to find a spot to settle in. A range of food and drink stalls will be available to satiate appetites before the main event, as well as official merchandise outlets for the souvenir t-shirt.
