About Colonic Hydrotherapy
Aiming to give the colon a good clean, colonic hydrotherapy flushes the system of unwanted matter using warm filtered water. A small sterile tube delivers the water into the intestine, which then attempts to coax waste products out of the body.

The Merchant
Giving energy levels a boost, the holistic therapies at Complementary Healthcare Clinic range from aromatherapy to Indian head massage and hydrotherapy. The dedicated staff guide and advise patients to help them achieve their nutritional and weight management goals, and clients are also welcome to visit the on-site shop, which sells candles, salt lamps and more homeopathic gear.

The Session
It is recommended that clients should drink at least four glasses of water per day during the week before the treatment. Before the process begins, clients will receive a verbal consultation to assess needs and aims. Warm, purified water will then be introduced into the colon via an enclosed tube during the one-hour session.
