Confused newbie bakers often buy the characteristic white hat and apron before proceeding to the beach so they can lie down in the heat of the sun. Define baking with today’s Groupon: £26 for a bread making and baking class at Jo Jo’s Danish Bakery.
A master in the art of sugar craft and baking, Jo Jo sprinkles her rich wisdom over the next generation of culinary wizards through small evening classes. The proof is in the pudding as her skills are displayed in her own bakery, which serves up Danish and European sweet treats including jam-filled sponge cakes, gingerbread, and spiralling cinnamon swirls. Flavouring Edinburgh city centre, Jo Jo's Danish Bakery is found a short cake crumb trail away from the train station.
A bread-based enlightenment shall unfold as small congregations of up to six faces gather to absorb the knowledge and the know-how needed to make and bake it. The three varieties to be grasped are tomato and onion, Danish dark bread and white loaf, and each of the final products shall be taken away by the creative hands responsible. Each two and a half hour class conveniently runs on weekday evenings and Sunday afternoons. Deepening the definition of versatile service, multiple vouchers may be purchased if an entire session of one-on-one attention is desired.

Reviews
While yet to be widely reviewed, JoJo’s Danish Bakery received a sweet 4/5 from Yelpers, and an encouraging 3/5 was awarded by Qype users. Though the courses are yet to be commented upon, visitors complimented the bakery’s quirky decor and range of treats.
I took a seat, and did not have to wait long before my mid-afternoon treat arrived. It did give me a chance to take in the surroundings of this place - SO cute. Little Danish flags on the tables, by the looks of it they mismatch crockery, I don't know why but I love that! And the lighting is spot on, it totally sets a nice relaxed and cosy atmosphere.

Its pretty cute from the front and Danish is right.. Its [sic] mostly Danish pastries (the size of your head – seriously) about 6 different kinds and the cupcakes at the counter are pretty cute all glittery and frosted…
