Introducing an array of big names in nails and beauty, from CND to Minx and Fake Bake to LashXpert, Lola’s extends a perfectly preened hand of welcome to clients. The salon is based close to the fragrant bouquets of the Royal Botanical Gardens, and is open Saturdays and until 7pm on Fridays. A number of bus stops are nearby, and on-street parking is available to make the car as comfortable as the client.
Lasting up to 60 minutes all-told, a Shellac manicure and Minx pedicure can put a smooth, long-lasting finish on finger- and toenails. Minx offers a range of patterns and a choice of designs, including a high-shine metallic finish. Shellac uses a type of resin designed to produce a long-lasting, flawless finish, drying quickly without having to hang out on the washing line for hours. Clients can switch to Minx for fingernails as well if they wish, and can upgrade to a French Polish for a £5 supplement for the mani or the pedi, or £10 for both.
