About The Event
A gourmet picnic of the finest order, Taste of Edinburgh is an alfresco food festival spread over three summer days. Over 100 producers will bring their top quality produce to The Meadows, filling this central location with a rich assortment of stalls and special events. During masterclass demonstrations, chefs will whip up delights in front of the audience's eyes, with appearances by names including Gary Lee of The Ivy, and Jeff Bland of Michelin-starred restaurant Number One. While visitors wrap lips around tasty snacks and soak up the atmosphere, live music will fill the air, including sweet sounds by Ghillie Dhu. 
Pairs can also take home a recipe book full of ideas for bringing the gourmet world into their own kitchen.
