Propelled by membership to The British Institute of Hypnotherapy, Thom Shillaw sets in motion full professional qualifications in clinics across Scotland and teaches weight management hypnosis to hyponotherapists. Thom started his working life as a professional nutritionist working with athletes that had to maintain strict weight limits. He also helps to educate others with his co-founded training academy where hungry minds chomp their way towards becoming NLP practitioners. He is joined by Mary McClung, a Performance Psychologist with journal published research on the power of beliefs and motivation.
Clients seeking to refine bodily shaping can experience three sessions of hypnotherapy lasting two hours each. The sessions are designed to help clients tighten control on weight management by focussing on a range of areas including portion control, motivation and keeping clear goals in beady-eyed sight. Sessions will feature a number of topics based around examples, live demonstrations, and group excerises.
