G: How did CutieCool Nails come about?
"I was doing mobile nails part-time whilst working full-time in the premises where I am based. Gradually the nails took over so I built a nail bar in the shop!"
G: What do you enjoy most about your work?
"Meeting new and interesting people every day. It's a very sociable job with lots of laughs!"
G: What made you want to work in the beauty industry?
"I started getting my nails done by a very inspirational nail technician who was not only successful, but did exceptional nails and had the highest standards in every way. When she became a trainer for the company whose products she used, I wanted to learn to do things as she did! "
G: Besides, Shellac, what's fashionable in nails right now?
"Slimline oval nails have made a big comeback and are now as popular as square nails. Retro style designs and manicures are also huge - especially 40's style half moon manicures!"
