Devoted to tackling fitness from new and exciting angles, this team of seasoned trainers gives pupils of all ages and abilities the run around with a series of testing exercise regimes. Fun as well as sweat is used to fuel the programmes, which are tailored to individual needs and aims, including specific sessions for new mothers. The sessions take place across Essex and incorporate plenty of energetic movement as well as frequent use of sports apparatus.
These mixed group fitness classes employ equipment such as medicine balls, kettlebells and powerbags, all used as part of the results-based training sessions. The 60 minute classes are flexibly timetabled across the club's eight locations during mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends, seven fit days a week.
