Driven by a passion for birds of prey, Lavenham Falconry harbours a hoard of owls, hawks, falcons, and eagles ready for up-close-and-personal friendly-feathered experiences. The birds make themselves personally available for a range of fun falconry and hunting bird encounters, including school trips and avian-inspired weddings. Puckering beaks, the birds have also made cameo appearances in television and film performances. 
The falconry experience will see visitors getting hands on with six birds of prey including Harris hawks, eagles and owls. Describing winged paths and hunting behaviours, a falconer will aim to highlight the intricate lives of favourite flying friends. Round-faced owl lovers can opt to sign up for the owl encounter instead, getting to grips with the tiny White Faced Scops and the Eurasian Eagle owl. A falconer will shine a light on many interesting facets of the birds’ behaviour and habitat, and after about two hours, customers can fly off feeling uniquely enriched.
