Popular outdoor activities include swimming in lakes, climbing on climbing frames, and playing Scrabble at the tops of trees. Children can try something new with today's Groupon: £199 instead of £499 for seven days and nights at Camp Beaumont, Grosvenor Hall summer camp in Ashford, Kent and Dukeshouse Wood in Hexham, Northumberland summer camps. The camps are arranged for a wide range of age groups with 7-9s, 10-13s, and 14-15s each catered for in their own blocks, so that little ones can have fun as their own group, and older campers can spend time with people their own age. Campers of all ages will sleep in single-sex dorms, with freshly-cooked, healthy meals and snacks every day. In the daylight hours, there is the opportunity for campers to take part in 58 organised activities, such as climbing, fencing, archery, high ropes, caving, quad biking, or giant board games, all taking part around the 50 acre site, and 25,000 foot sports hall.
