The Bike and Triathlon show makes a return to Manchester Central on 8 and 9 March, bringing an array of exhibitions from cycling and triathlon brands, as well as advice for everyone from seasoned triathletes to commuters and families. Along with a host of products and tips, the show features live events such as speed challenges, a pop-up street velodrome track, sporting tour advice, fashion shows and SwimZone. There will also be appearances from cycling experts such as Sir Chris Hoy, and children are catered for with trick displays and cycling safety tips. Standard tickets (usually £12 in advance) are available for either day, and up to four children aged under 16 can accompany paying adults free of charge.
