Competitive runners with plenty of experience in their strides, Matthew and Ryan aid new shape-seekers with coaching and classes at clients’ homes, gyms, and community centres. Moulding programmes to each individual’s needs, the Active Fitness plans are based on a solid foundation of personal requirements and realistic goals.
The 12 week weight management programme begins and ends with a personalised consultation to develop a tailored strategy. During 12 one hour sessions, star-jumpers will leap into shape with tailored training and on-going support. As Matthew takes one team of fitness fighters and Ryan the other, weekly classes must be taken consecutively over a twelve week period to keep motivation in peak condition, with teams supporting each other to 'win' challenges. In addition to an hour-long weekly webinar, help will be available via both text and email.
