Experienced knot unraveller Charlotte Mindham has spent years tending to professional football players, and knuckles down to work out tense torsos via deep-tissue sports massages. After identifying and examining troublesome areas, a set of skilled hands will step up to the crease and set to work on tense and weary muscles during an hour-long massage.
