The Sessions
During a session lasting 30 minutes, clients will meet their osteopath who will perform a computerised postural assessment. This bodily appraisal will include a report of findings, in addition to a tailor-made exercise program, and nifty posture improvement plan. Clients will then receive a follow-up hands-on treatment session lasting another 30 minutes, which can either take place straight after the first session, or can be booked as a seperate session on a different time or date.
