Groupon Asks

Groupon asks Advance School of Motoring's James Palmer, what he most enjoys about life behind the dual pedals.

G: What do you most enjoy about being a driving instructor?
"The experience of meeting new people every day and helping them to get the freedom of driving from start to finish."

G: What has been your proudest moment?
"You never forget your first pass as a driving instructor, but it's a proud moment everytime one of your students passes and you see them driving on the roads."

G: How would you describe your teaching style?
"Our style is one-to-one and we tailor our lessons to the student. We try to make nervous students calm and relaxed, and never push them to do things that they are not comfortable with."

G: If you weren't a driving instructor, what would you like to be?
"An F1 driver"
