There are reduced room rates for guests available and additional guests can be included in the entire event for £63 per person, or just for the evening reception for £5.50 per person.

Though Barony Castle is yet to be widely reviewed by wedding guests, TripAdvisors awarded a glittering 4/5, while Booking.com users rated the venue 8.4/10. Of particular note for guests were the location and grounds, the attentive service, and the quality of food.

Stayed here for a friend's wedding in March. A lovely location near Peebles and the hotel welcome and service is second to none. Had lunch in the restuarant [sic] with friends followed by the wedding meal - both of which were excellent. Would recommend.

Breakfast was good. Grounds brilliant for wedding photos, inside good for wedding itself - just superb. We couldn't fault any of it. Location good if you want to hide away from the world, but not too far from Peebles. Wedding breakfast food & food we've had there before is brilliant [sic].
