Alongside the vast array of apparatus, the health club contains a steam room and sauna for those looking to ease muscles post-workout, as well as a sunbed for pre-holiday tan topping. The team of experienced fitness instructors also prove they’re a class act with organised exercise sessions held Monday to Thursday in disciplines such as aerobics, karate, stationary cycling, and circuit training.
Ten individual day passes, which must be redeemed within six weeks of the first visit, will give clients access to all the facilities and classes at the complex, as well as up to ten sunbed sessions spread out over a maximum of four per week.
