A converted high school offering education in the intricacies of hospitality, Barceló Stirling Highland Hotel offers original features including a working observatory, and views to the sweeping Firth of Forth. The 150-year-old sleepery and dining room invites peckish duos to tickle their taste buds with tasty sandwiches, plated up alongside freshly baked scones slathered in preserves and cream. Though visitors are yet to widely comment on the afternoon tea, many guests have complimented the staff and the food, though special mentions went to the character of the building itself.
This luxury hotel is located in a very old building which had a former life as a boys school. So much character has been retained and enhanced with luxury carpeting and soft furnishings.
