The Session
It is recommended that during the week before the colonic hydrotherapy treatment, clients should drink at least four glasses of water per day. Before the treatment begins, clients will receive a verbal consultation to assess needs and aims. Warm, purified water will then be introduced into the colon via an enclosed tube during the one hour session.
