The Stirling branch of this international boot camp business creates a gruelling regime of resistance and high intensity cardio training designed to take the wait out of weight management. Classes are led by unstoppable duo Neil Miller and Liam Mailer, who bring passion to their push ups six days a week. Leaping from burpees to boxing and back again with a quickfire mix-up of exercises, the boot camps take place indoors and aim to pack as much heart-racing fun into each 45 minute session.
