Dining duos can each chomp down on an 8oz sirloin steak, cooked to taste whether rare, medium or well-done. All meaty morsels are served with salad and either French fries or baby potatoes, plus a creamy blue cheese dipping sauce. No meal is complete without a tipple, and each diner can sign up for either a glass of St Gervais red or Tres Bieno white wine.
