The space is heated to a clement 42°C to get students happily perspiring through 26 yoga postures, designed to encourage strength and promote healing. The studio has its clients breaking a sweat all week long, with a well-defined and full-bodied framework of Bikram Yoga classes, including bookable off peak and peak sessions every day.
Male or female clients of any age and any ability can work bodies from top-to-toe and all the way back up again, with ten 90 minute sessions of Bikram Yoga. Clients are advised to wear suitably light clothing to keep cool, and to bring two towels and a water bottle to stay refreshed. The main studio's heated vastness aims to ease joints into 26 different exercise postures, designed to foster muscle building and natural wellbeing.
